If you want to use a CPU you need a compatible motherboard and memory (RAM). For example an i5 4460 requires an LGA 1150 motherboard and DDR3 RAM, while an i5 6600K requires an LGA 1151 motherboard and the RAM it needs depends on the motherboards (usually DDR4, but some can take DDR3)

look at this say memory requirement 32 gb 1600 mhz if i want 2400 mhz i can put or no and gpu requirement  look what on screencshot i hope help what i mean and u understand my bad englsh i mean memory requirement graphic requirement how is maximum

Those are maximum supported specifications and not required specifications. As long as the os supports it you can even run 1 GB ram with a 6950X.
