good games?

i am getting my gtx 1080 in a few days and i need games other than minecraft now! any suggestions?

Well, you didn't give specifics on what you like so i'll go by genre.

 

For singleplayer for now i'd recommend the new Doom. Some of the bad reviews point mainly towards multiplayer but the singleplayer i heard is fantastic. 

You could try the Witcher 3 or Batman Arkham Knight. 

 

For multiplayer, CSGO, Rust, Dayz, Ark Survival Evolved, Battlefield 4, Overwatch, Rocket Leage

I believe that League of Legends is one of the best games of our time, although the name seems childish, the game is not (Though you play minecraft so that probably isn't an issue).

It's got a bit of a learning curve, though once you get good you'll be addicted.

I admit that it's not for everyone, though it is the pinnacle of the MOBA world.

Decided to try out cities skylines when it was on sale and im hooked! Never really been into any games about building your world or strategy but that game is great fun if you want something more laid back.

 

Another great one is rocket league, very addicting and fun with friends. It even has splitscreen support.

 

The Dark Souls series is also in a league of its own and will keep you busy for a very long time if you enjoy it..

Paragon was used to in the GTX 1080 release, and it's going to become free soon.
