Would it be smart to buy two Rx 480 8GB vram or should i wait and buy one Rx 480 8GB vram.

Why does waiting equal one 480 over two?

Ya m8, what AMD showed off was Ashes of a Singularity, which is a game that AMD does much better in over Nvidia because of the games API. They may have also done something to gimp the 1080 in that demo too. After the whole "Fury x is faster than a 980 ti" thing I don't trust AMD much
