All of my Port numbers are timed out.  *sobbing* *sighs*

I tried:
1. Reset cable modem.
2. Clear Winstock.
3. turned Windows Firewall off for 2 days. (actually go to back on now)
4. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware scanning my whole PC, none found,,

I feel like this might be hardware failure. I'd find it hard to believe for every open port to stop responding if it was a software error and a restart didn't fix it. You can try shutting down the modem and leaving it off/unplugged for in excess of an hour to let it cool down completely and see if it helps. Otherwise I think it's equipment failure, unless you changed a setting that all port forwarding depends on.
