From what I heard, Razer. From personal preference, EVGA.

Woah! Really? the front IO on my girlfriend's Core 1000 broke recently too... Either Fractal Design is really nice, or they know they have front IO issues on their budget cases.

Well I also had a very positive experience with their customer service, when I accidentally badly scratched my Define R4 window, I contacted Fractal Design asking where and if it's possible for me to buy a replacement window, they replied asking for my address and shortly after sent me back a whole new windowed side panel, I didn't have to pay for anything, not even delivery :D

When i got a zalman z12 plus for a customer the usb slots has been ripped out of their positions, i have no idea how.

This happened on a friday and they sent me a new case on monday, as the half broken case is still usable i blocked up the usb ports and its now the case for my fathers pc.

Also my uncle brought a dell xps 8700. The 650ti fan wasnt working so dell sent him another pc the NEXT DAY, i gave him a gt630 which i had lying around and now he has two pcs. Also got £5 out of selling the broken 650ti.

EVGA, Asus, Dell, Fractal, Logitech, Samsung, and Apple all have great customer care.

Razer has been up and down for me. Amazon is a hit or miss.

Logitech is pretty up there too.

I had a pair of G35's, if you can prove purchase when you have a problem they typically send you a new one, but I didn't really have any proof aside from the serial on the headset.

They sent me a shipping label and sent me back a new pair. My old pair only had worn out earpads. :P
