Smushed Pin on Motherboard

So I smashed on the USB 3.0 pins on the motherboard pretty much flat when doing some cable management and replugging it back in. Is there anything I can do about it? It is bent in two places, at the base and once in the middle as well at like 90 degree angles.

Pic for which pin got smashed (in the blue box):Screenshot_2.png

Motherboard is an Asus Z170 Pro

something metal that can get in there and straighten it out. This runs the risk of snapping the pin but it wont work anyway if you do nothing so who cares xD

You can try using a pair or tweezers to very carefully straighten them back out.

alright, I'll try that. Anything I can use to make sure it's perfectly straight? I don't want to end up smushing it again when I put the plug back on.

Just make sure you line it up when you try to put the header in. Go in slow, if it does not line up try again. If you get it to go in, pushing down will straighten it out for you.

Another trick that I've used with great success is using a mechanical pencil.  Remove the lead and slide the pencil opening over the pin for great control while bending.  Obviously, use of a properly sized mechanical pencil in relation to the pin that you're attempting to bend will make things even better.

S I just went to go try it, and I is really stuck on the side of the housing. I'll attach a pic for you guys to see. Anything I can do? (on mobile, please forgive my mistakes!). These all seem like great ideas but I can't even reach the pin to begin with :(
