k95 auction how far should i go

I would stop when it hits less than $5 than retail. If it hits any higher I would stop. As long as it's lower than retail, go for it until you feel it's getting too close to the original price.

never owned a mechanical keyboard im now using a crappy rubber dome one i actualy had a keyboard with rubber domes that was quite comfortable but after 6 years it died on me (last week)

then you shouldn't bid too much on the k95, everyone prefers different kinds of switches. Read some stuff on the different switch types and get a keyswitch sampler kit to test out the individual switches to get a better idea on how each switc feels.

ill see if i can get it wicked cheap if no than im not going to mind and pickup a switch sampler if im not mistaken you can get them from cm and get a discount on a mech KB if you buy one
