add a delete all button

GreezyJeezy

I know you can copy it all and press delete, but in the cases where you copy and paste and it ends up pasting a whole webpage format sometimes you can just press delete or hold back space or highlight it and press delete to delete it, but for those cases that you cant and it takes a while to delete everything (it just happened to me xD) it would be nice for a button that just deletes everything in your text box.

Ctrl + A + delete

you see i didnt know about that, another reason it could be helpful for those who don't know all the keyboard shortcuts, and it cant be that hard to code in.

Would really appreciate it on mobile. Keyboard shortcuts don't work.

Ctrl+Z and ctrl+Y  is the way to life :D (undo/re-do) You

can also use ctrl + right click on a box to get options to

remove content in said boxes, quotes and such. I don't

know the options you have on mobile..

Having to tap it million times because of glitched quotes is annoying. But yes, I know that would be an option.

Ah, I was talking specifically when you paste something extremely large by accident.

Its not very often anymore and editing with quotes is now better on mobile. Still, its multiple undos when editing with glitched quote happens.

I agree it would be useful for people that don't know the keyboard shortcuts, or for people using the site on mobile. I didn't know some of these short-cuts either.. I usually get by with CTR-ALT [home] or [end] to select all the text in the box etc, old skool :)
