Building a PC for my MOM

Hey, so i want to build a PC for my mom, she just browses the intermet alot and watchs alot of videos on YouTube. So can you HELP ME. My budget is $700 including the operating system and i was looking at puting a low end graphics card like a gtx 750 or an R9 250. Please supply me with a build log and thank you.

No need for a discrete video card if you go with a skylake with integrated HD 530 if all you're doing is watching videos.

I'd say just buy a PC or laptop. If she really needs a lot of power or whatever, then build but if not, then just buy a pc or laptop. Much more simple if she doesn't really need a lot of computing power and there are laptops or cheap pcs that perform well

If you're building for fun, then I don't think you'll need a very high graphics card and cpu. My mac's pretty shatty but it performs good enough if not gaming (and you can play some games on this), you will just need something like intel core i5 1.6 ghz, and intel hd graphics 6000 1536 mb.
