GPU: MIS R9 390 gaming

 

Case: Phanteks Enthoo EVOLV ITX Special Edition

 

MBo: MSI B150M Night Elf

 

PSU: Cooler Master V750 750W

 

Ram: Kingston HyperX Fury DDR4 1300/2666MHz

 

CPU Coler: Be-Quiet Dark rock 3

 

SSD: SanDisk SSD Plus 120GB

 

I already have a hard drive that I plan to reuse.

You can get a locked CPU and overclock using the BCLK, that way you can get away with both a cheaper CPU and a cheaper motherboard.

Get a Z170 motherboard (maybe this: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-motherboard-111sse172kr), switch out the SSD for a 250 GB Samsung 850 EVO and you might want to consider waiting for the GTX 1070 which will be released June 10th at a price of 379.99

If you can wait it might be a good idea until nvidia and amd release their new gpu's if you don't have that 390 already...
