Will my system bottleneck a GTX1080?

So like many others right now I am considering upgrading my aging GTX 680 for a sleek new GTX 1080. However I am pondering whether it is worth upgrading everything (CPU RAM and Mobo) or just buying a GTX 1080 and be done with it. So I guess I am just asking whether or not my i7 3770k will keep up with my relatively slow G skill ram?

Desktop:  MSi GTX 680 Lightning - MSi Mpower Z77- i7 3770k - Asus Xonar DGX  - 16Gb Ares Ram - GX 750w PSU

Laptop: MSi GE 60 - GTX 765m - i74700MQ - 8gb ram

In extremely poorly cpu optimized games, yes. But so will practically every other cpu.

Can't imagine your setup will bottleneck a 1080, I definitely wouldn't upgrade before trying the 1080 in this system.

No bottlenecks. Especially not from your ram speed, it's one of the things that has the least impact on gaming performance nowadays (except on low end cpus or integrated graphics)

Thanks everyone for replying. I think I wont worry about upgrading the rest of my PC yet and will just stick to the GTX 1080 upgrade.

I love it how people give advice on hardware that literally nobody has ever even seen. Nobody here has ever even smelled a GPU that has even the same architecture to it. Let alone tested one. Let alone tested one in a setup similar to yours. Let alone compared to other, newer setups. And you must know all this. And you listen. :D
