For CPU temps I use speedfan or CPU-Z or MSI Afterburner and for GPU temps I use MSI Afterburner

 

(seriously though, you should improve your English. Not hating, just saying. Assuming you were asking what are some good programs to check the CPU and GPU temperatures on your laptop?)

https://gaming.msi.com/features/afterburner you can also use adblock to block ads that have like the fake download button so you never downlioad fake stuff that way
