fixed some notifications wont show up

idk how or why but this happened a few times, but this time i just looked at when i had a notification 

 but as you can see in my notification alerts the carrot dudes didnt show up as you see here

I've identified the issue, and have reported it to the forum software devs.

The reason that you weren't notified is that it was supposed to have been included in the notification mentioning Aytex because you didn't read your notifications between Aytex's post and LittleCarrot's, but, due to a bug, his name didn't appear in the list.

no its not like that at all, the notification just doesn't show up, its doesnt show up then disappear it just never shows up in the first place. even the thing the pops up in the bottom left hand corner doesn't show up
