Does it matter that this PSU only has 30C operational temperatures for this build? http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/rsnmdC If so, what suggestions do you have for other PSU's at the same wattage?

It shouldn't be an issue. If you are questioning it, The Fractal PSUs have been sitting really well with people recently.

Fine you want the PSU tier list? Have the PSU tier list: https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/1116640-psu-tier-list-40-rev-103/

Why do you have a locked 6500 with a Z board? As for the question, this one:

The Fractal Design Integra M 550w is a good unit, if you looking for an inexpensive modular unit. http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/fractal-design-power-supply-fdpsuin3b550w

If you want something of higher quality, the XFX TS Gold 550w is a solid non-modular unit (Seasonic S12G internally). http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550gts3x

This is ridiculous. Stop acting like this and actually understand how the CX units perform instead.\

To answer your original question hazzer, what are your specs?

The Fractal Integra M will be fine as others have outlined.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

The CX units perform alright. The problem is, is that they use, and quite infamously so, really shitty capacitors.

There are only a handfull of people who troll the pc-builder section on this forum that wouldn't recommend against the CX series PSU's, they're just crap.
