Pro is less hassle, probably cheaper and considering it's a fairly small number of licenses it might not be worth going with Enterprise

Enterprise can only get it from Microsoft. Pro, you can just buy it from any legit store. It's a hassle to keep track of all the keys for Pro. 100 pc with 100 pro keys, the keys will get screwed up quick.

And this is why Microsoft have the OPEN license platform/

If I have to get windows license for 15 pcs for my office and a few windows license for personal use, what do you think I should go for - Enterprise vs pro? Advantage and disadvantages?

What are the systems and what OS do they currently have? OPEN may be a better bet as you're probably unable to purchase OEI and you can't use retail for this.
