Yes. 

 

If you want to save money, and are not planning on overclocking, go for a non k CPU and then opt for the stock cooler instead. Also getting a cheaper key for windows 10 will help...

its 16gb and the i7 is way better for video rendering. also it is skylake so even if you go like 4,3ghz its no faster than the 4ghz of the i7

The i7 (or a Xeon) is better in this case for video rendering.
