Does it still boot into BIOS?

Should be ok. Next time use the switch on the psu to turn it off.

So long as it turns on again you're probably fine

Are you sure you touched the right pins? I doubt you've wrecked you board but the only way to know for sure is to test it again, see if it boots.....

Like everyone's said, you're probably fine.  I wouldn't worry too much.  As soon as you get your RAM, do a test boot into BIOS to make sure everything is fine.

That doesn't necessarily mean that you damaged the board.  Of course, no spark is a good spark with regards to computer parts, but you could have shorted the connections without causing damage.  You'll just have to wait until your RAM gets in to confirm one way or the other.  How long will it be before you get your RAM?

A spark would only happen from a negative to a positive pin, electricity doesn't flow any other way. A spark doesn't mean anything other than that the current jumped the air gap from the negative pin to the screwdriver. I'm almost certain you're fine if it was the power switch pin. The reason it sparked is likely because you touched the positive pin with the screwdriver before the negative.

Just boot it up. If it does its fine, if it doesn't, it doesn't. There is no benefit of trying to figure out if it is broken now, the easiest and by far the quickest is to simply boot it up.

Don't worry about the spark from connecting front i/o pins. That happens now and then. If you stabbed the motherboard pcb however, that may be an issue.

You won't get a definite answer until you try to boot with some ram.
