New fan start making terrible noise!

So for my front panel I have two Enermax Twister Presure UCTP12P fan with a radiator attach to one of them.

This system was a brand new built I have only using it for about three month from april I have always heard the noise come from front I was thingking it was the noise from the radiator, until rencently I open the front panel and when I apply some pressure on the fans the noise went away, it was the fan's problem.

This week the noise get so loud that I start worrie, after all they are brand new fans.

When I just power on the PC it don't have the noise but may be after five minutes it begins and it was getting so loud that I can hear it outside my room.

Sometime the noise do subside to normal.

I went on to see the review for this fan, and those are not good.....

What other 120mm 38mm fan is good? Becouse I don't want to mess around with the mounting screw for the radiator I would  like to keep it to same size and thinkness.

My radiator is Asetek 550LC 120mm

This is what noise it has

yeah, cheap horrible fans doomed to fail. Noctua nf-f12s from what I can tell should fit, and they're a big fav for many, including linus

yeah, make sure it's not rubbing/smacking the rad, but it's probably just a cheapo sleeve bearing

So Noctua nf-f12s is 25mm thinckness fan, do I need a special mounting screw for radiator? I am using 38mm fan right now

I don't think so, but rads aren't my area of expertise

That noise is far from normal. Take them off rad and test them just by themselves. If noise continues, RMA them. If they work as they should, try mounting them again, maybe as normal case fans and test again.
