Hello would this fit an m.2 memory slot on an MSI z170a Krait Edition motherboard?

I guess I could have elaborated a little more.  The network card in the link you provided is a M.2 NGFF and the slot on your motherboard is M.2 PCIe.

Would it fit a Key E slot? The attachment you put on a mini itx mobo?

To be honest I don't know.  The manual makes it sound like the motherboard's M.2 PCIe slot only supports M.2 SSD drives.
