Gtx 970 vs r9 390 for Dual monitor setup

I want to make a dual monitor setup.

my monitor will be Dell S2240L 21.5"

bt i cant decide which gpu should i buy?

Should i buy r9 390 or gtx 970?

The R9 390 offers better price to performance for most things, as long as you don't care too much about power consumption or Nvidia-specific features.

If you'll be going with a 144hz monitor in the future, 390.

 

If not, either is fine.

what is nvdia-specific fetures??

what features I will get in nvdia?
