the build in my mind as no graphics card:

Yeahhh, a 6700k on a tight budget?

If computers have no doors or fences, who needs Windows and Gates?

if the program you're working with has GPU accleration, you're gonna want to have a GPU. if you're on a tight budget, get the i7 6700 or haswell's e3 1231v3.

replace the cx600, that thing has no business with an something as important as an editing rig.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

you could easily use 4th gen intel HW and buy yourself a nice little 380 or 960 or something.

Its automatic, just press this button!

You'd really want a GPU then.

I'd say go with the Xeon he listed if it's significantly cheaper or get an i5 to be able to afford a GTX960 or something.
