can 1 molex run 3 fans at max speed?

i want to buy 3 120mm fans each one has molex cable

question: if i connected the 3 molex that come with the fans  together. then from the last one to 1 molex cable from the psu
will the fans run at max speed?
i mean can 1 molex run 3 fan at max speed?

yes. 

every fan has a power draw in amps. count the amps together and you see that 3x120 fans wil draw around a max of 0.6 amps. that is easily handled with one 12 rail.

 A normal molex connector can carry up to 5 amps of power per pin. So yes.

that would easily power 25 fans per molex connector.

It's still only around 1 Amp......you'll be fine.

Watts = Volts x Amps

 

So each fan pulls approximately 0.35 amps.
