SO i have cd of 8.1 and i can upgrade to windows 10.

I did it but i downgraded, because i needed fresh install of windows,

And now on fresh install my cpu and ram ussage is a lot bigger than when i was running windows 10.

So should i upgrade to windows 10 or there is a solution.

You can either install Windows 10 using a Win7 or Win8 key.  Or you can go through the upgrade process on a Genuine Win7 or Win8 machine, and your machine will be permanently activated for fresh installs of Win10.

I know how it works, but the problem is that my pc runs slower than it did on win 10...

When I open task manager there are just bunch of tasks and cpu and ram is used sso much more than it did in win 10.

And i LoL i had 100-130 fps now i have 50-60

Yeah Windows 10 is nicer than Win8.  Its RAM compression technology eeks a little bit out of low-memory machines as well that might have been swapping in Win8.

So since I have 4 gb of ram and dual core, i should install win 10?

windows 8 sucks, I've said it since it came out and I'm saying it after its time. either go windows 7 or win 10. just upgrade back to 10 and be done with it. you can even reset your windows 10 without the disk if you need a fresh install there's no need to downgrade.
