Hi! I'm not sure where to post this but I can't add text to my photoshop

Can someone help me?

I can't fully see what the problem is there... but try to view the animation layers or slide layers (haven't used photoshop for like a year don't fully remember)

And bring the text layer to the top

 

Edit: in the layers on the right.... the text is on the bottom layer... bring it to the top?
