delete stock rom

_ASSASSIN_

so I installed cyanogen mod a while ago on my HTC One, and it has a whopping 10GB or data being used, and in settings it shows that I "should" have only around 5GB used, I assume the reason is because I had my stock rom backed up onto my phone, does anyone know how to safely delete the file? thanks in advanced

You might have had a nandroid backup. Check your sdcard/phone to see if you have a backup of it. The only way to safely delete the stock rom to wipe and start over again. Did you wipe your system and data when you were flashing cyanogen?
