Download HitmanPro and Malware Bytes and run them.

You could try to manually remove them too, but chances are they can install themself again. After running these two softwares, they should be gone, but I would recommend running CCleaner after that too and just going through some files like Program Files and Program Files x86 to make sure everything is gone.

Or you can reinstall windows/reset to factory settings in Windows.

It is PUPs installed from malicious applications. Those processes are not computer monitoring system, it a Chinese antivirus processes called Tencent. I had encounter tons of suspicious applications try to installed Chinese antivirus such as Baidu, Qihoo 360, or Tencent.

Qihoo 360 is a legit Chinese company.

so is baidu and tencent, but sometimes they're just annoying, they hide themselves in other software's installer, which if you click next next next without reading, you'll end up with it

That's not a fault of them. It's a fault of companies requiring a lot of sponsors for software, and not making it easy and obvious what the installer is about to do.

it might leave residue even after you removed it

Some programs like Freemake's software end up coming with a lot of unnecessary installers, and you really do need to be careful when installing certain programs. Some of them can be bundled with stuff, and the worst part is when they're automatically checked off when navigating through the installer(s).
