After longhours of troubleshooting, i have decided that either my processor is cooked or my mobo. How can i tell which one.

By trying a different motherboard and after that trying a new CPU of course :P that is probably the simplest way, but you probably don't have an extra Skylake CPU or LGA 1151 motherboard laying around.. So..Check some of the symptons, like are any lights on your motherboard on?

All the light on my mobo are on but can be the fact that i bclk overclocked sometime back say that i fried my cpu and can then i RMA my cpu

Have you tried resetting the CMOS?

Your CPU shouldn't be fried because of some overclocking, because if it were to run too hot the PC would just turn off.

I don't think it does, just like regular overclocking does not void warranty.
