Hello everyone!

So I currently have the EK-KIT L240 (R2.0) https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-kit-l240-1

And I was wondering will there be any compatibility issues with this tubing?

Cheers everyone!

Yeah I know it will work, but I'm talking as in contamination issues in the loop?

No contamination issues will stem solely from the use of this tube.  I've used XSPC and Primochill both with all other EK equipment(Rad,Pump,Res,Blocks).  Just make sure the loop is prepared correctly and you use acceptable fluid.
