Yes, get a GTX 950 since its better than the R7 370 and has a lower CPU overhead.

dual cores are bad.

quad cores are ok. even if there's a bottleneck chances are you'll be able to at least play, dual cores are bad.

Spoiler

the thing is theres nothing to be done, not even a graph.

crudely, theres 3 variables here: the cpu, the gpu, and the games you'll be playing.

EDIT: best bet would be creating rough guidelines based on the most popular engines.

I just meant something explaining what is, and what isnt a bottleneck, like a guide on the forum, and we can link to it

So just a few quick paragraphs

Linus actually made a video about it once, explaining it in a pretty easy to comprehend way.

Are you willing to spend about 30 more dollars to get an AMD athlon X4 860k ? Because even if it isnt a true quad core, it will make a difference.

In real world usage, it will remove stuttering from the otherwise playable games which are CPU intensive (GTA 5 for instance)

Remember to change the motherboard to an AMD compatible one though if you ever take that route

Please vote for Donald Trump. I am out of sitcoms to watch.

When lyfe gives you HDDs, make SSDs

Watch these two videos, they will give you a good idea of how to figure out bottlenecks.
