Random mouse slowdown in windows 10

Hi guys,

 

I have a problem with my mouse. It seems to randomly 'slow down' like the sensitivity goes down the drain for a couple of seconds, and then goes back up to normal.

 

I have a ICIDU mouse, (AI-707928). it came with a keyboard, the keyboard has no problems, but in case you can use it, this is the number: AI-707947.

The problem started about three weeks ago, I searched a bit around on the internet, but could not find anything.

Same thing happens to me on my laptop which is why i'm not upgrading my desktop, Along with other bugs

CPU Ryzen 5 3600 -  GPU GeForce GTX 1060 3GB - MOTHERBOARD Asus B550 Plus - - HARD DRIVE WD Blue 1TB - MEMORY Corsair 16GB DDR4
