Hey everybody! im about to outfit my evga supernova ex750g with some custom sleeved cables by hand, and since this is the first time ive done this i want to make sure im not about to make a mistake that can cost me hardware. anything important i need to know? does my psu have odd pinnouts? maybe some hidden cost i havent seen or thought of?

When in doubt, map what goes where on paper ahead of time. Documentation is boring but it can keep you from screwing up as you can pay attention while you're doing it, and then double check your work before powering on.

cost of tools

and all the time you will spend on it

 

watch the whole video and then maybe you will change your mind about sleeving cables yourself

yeah, lucky for me i already had wire crimpers on hand. its just that i dont have a ton of money and a custom set compatible with my psu is like 90 bucks.

ahhh. that psu tester may come in handy. maybe i need a compromise. http://www.performance-pcs.com/cablemod-modflextm-sleeved-wire-16-silver-4-pack.html#

maybe getting these instead of a fully done set to save me time and a bit of money?

do you guys have cables compatible with an evga nex750g series psu? i do not see them on your site.or do the other evga psu cables work with the others?
