$700 Green PC?

Beeeyeee

Hey guys i'm making a PC for someones mom. she plays games like DC Universe, final fantasy and batman, she won't play anything more intensive than Final Fantasy 15 probably http://www.game-debate.com/games/index.php?g_id=4707&game=Final%20Fantasy%20XV

anyway its gunna need WiFi, must be ATX,  and a black with lime green color scheme. I was thinking one of those Razer edition cases and an NZXT RGB liquid cooler and maybe some green light strips to make it pop.

honestly looks are far over performance on this one. i'd like some sleeved extensions and stuff like that. I was thinking just an i5 and a 950. (must be Nvida btw) if only they made 950's with the stock cooler dang it. thats the only time that'd come in handy haha! we can go a tiny bit over budget if we really really need to but its a gift so lower cost is better if possible. don't include windows, i have a spare copy.

thanks for the help :D
