Hello guys can someone do for me max 400€ Build for smooth 720p gaming? 

• Only the rig itself without monitor or peripherals, it is for friend he wants to sell his laptop and build gaming pc for 1280 x 1024 or 1280 x 720 resolution.

This would smash the AMD build. Its very silly to buy into AMD now, there is literally 0 upgrading paths. This will cost you a little more, but man, it would be sweet, Expect 50-60 FPS in everything at 1080p...
