So, what GPU should i get?

I'm just finishing my build. What's left is the GPU, Case and PSU. But i don't know what GPU to buy. I was thinking of the R7 360 or 750 Ti, but here's what i bought already:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i3-4160 3.6GHz Dual-Core Processor  ($113.89 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H81M-S1 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury Red 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory  ($33.93 @ Amazon)
Total: $147.82
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

And i will use this for Cities Skylines, browsing the web heavily and playing Universe Sandbox 2 and maybe Minecraft.

So, what GPU?

Ryzen 7 3700X / 16GB RAM / Optane SSD / GTX 1650 / Solus Linux

I'm not too sure how you are going to play any of them games without a Hard Drive of some sort.

Who knows when pascal is coming out, or how good it will be, and the cost.
