I was wasting my time looking throu CPUID's top scores, when I found this extreme OC of an FX-6300 (http://valid.x86.fr/0qqg1v)

That voltage is something I can't understand, how can it be so low but still keep the CPU at 9480MHz?

it's computer seience idk maybe he got lucky with a good cpu not all CPUs OC the same

Silicon varies from part to part and the quality of internal traces/connections also varies the better the higher clocks on lower voltage. I personally don't comprehend the 9.48ghz though...

Yep, 9.48GHz. My 6300 won't reach 4.5GHz withouth reaching 1.5V

pretty sure thats either fake or not 100% stable because the current world record CPU OC is still somewhere in the 8GHz range
