Directx 9 windows 10 issues Beamng

Hello, Whenever I launch a Beamng drive techdemo I get this error

The Program can't start because X3DAudio1_7.dll is missing from your computer 

Is this beamng or my pc causing this error, i am on windows 10 

Help me please!

No, direct off Beam's website, although it is a demo, as i wondered if my PC could run it before buying.

have you installed DX9? https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109

W8(.1) and W10 don't include DX9 libraries, just DX10+

Once you get a GPU you will run it fine. A 950 will run it fine, I use my Core i3 and 860m and run it at 60fps except for certian maps and vehicles.

huh, seems like software as my other computers  with integrated graphics don't seem to mind, but you could be right.
