My build:http://pcpartpicker.com/p/PWjJFT Thank you for the help I'd say the intel Z170-A. Super reliable, long lasting, can be OC'd; comes with skylake and ddr4 support for a relatively reasonable price. It costs around the mid 100-150 mark, just a little over your budget. If you're looking for a motherboard UNDER 100 dollars with skylake and OC capabilities you're going to be looking for a really long time.
 Any Z170 can be overclocked/all of them are made for overlocking, just some have more OC features than others. Posted April 5, 2016 Well 99% Z170 ATX Boards usually cost more than $100. Really depends how much more you can spend: The MSI Z170A PC Mate does go fairly close to $100 and is mostly color neutral http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-motherboard-z170apcmate (The board's PCB is brownish) If you want a bit of the color scheme white around the place and willing to spend around $150 for better fan control the Asus Z170-A/AR is another good choice: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-z170a (The AR Version of the board doesn't have a VGA port on the board) If your okay spending $200 for a completely color neutral motherboard the EVGA Z170 FTW is another choice http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-motherboard-140sse177kr It really depends if you want to spend a bit on a higher end board with more stuff or stay low. That is true, but if you do plan to OC, I feel as though it's better to have components designed around overclocking than not
