Looks nice. I would recommend a pcie wireless if you want wireless connection. I have a pci card which crashes the whole thing when installed in Windows 10.

Why SP fans? I don't see a radiator in the list you need to cool.

will it be good for web browsing, gaming, and school work? I am trying to keep it under $1,500

Go for a OS/Office 365 for cheaper at r/microsoftswap or kinguin

Get a r9 390 if you want more preformance in games

Good build. I would caution you about Seagate hard drives. They have a 30% failure rate after 3 years. I would go Western Digital instead.

I will have to push the air through drive cages. I have also heard they are just plain better.

They are only better if you really need the static pressure.
