Help me decide between 2 144HZ monitors with G-sync

Hello guys,

 

Help me decide which one to buy.

I have a GTX 970, and looking for to buy a new monitor. I play CS:GO this is why i want 144 HZ monitor, but also play many newer games ( far cry, division, gta...)

 

Here are the two monitors i checked:

 

1. Acer Predator XB241H

Which one would you pick? Or if something else, could you suggest something else in this price range?

Id probably go 2 but I think 144hz is a little overkill try 100hz

Assuming you want g-sync for newer games... There are a few other options. I'd also like to point out that the xb241H replaces the XB240H. Here are some Amazon links at least
