OP, get this build, it is good. Also I would spend a little more money for an actually good power supply, that one isn't bad, but I would definitely look for an 80+ Gold certified power supply, maybe from like EVGA, Corsair, or be quiet. There are a few other brands, but a better power supply is always good.

MSI GE72 Apache Pro-242 - (5700HQ : 970M : 16gb RAM : 17.3" : Win10 : 1TB HDD : Razer Anansi : Some mouse) - hooked up to a 34UM58-P (WFHD) in dual screen

The Problem with this Build is that im the Kind of Guy who wants as much FPS in CS as possible. Also i dont realy want Gigabyte Motherboards, i dont know why but i prefer ASUS/MSI ( ASUS comes first tho ). The XFX XTR isnt good ?

I'd say go with the second build, seems like a no brainer. Cheaper than the first non K build, and considerably cheaper than the locked i7.

Did you check to see if a Xeon build would be feasible? You'd basically get the last build for the price of the second (usually).

Also, I would try and get a 250GB+ SSD. You'll get around twice the performance of the 120GB drive.

Never thought about that cuz everyone always talks about i5/i7. Might wanna shoot me a Build with Xeon ? What are the + and - of a Xeon Build ?

an i5 6500 and a 390 are going to run CS:GO as well as you need it to

all I can find is info on the gold rated XFX Core Edition Pro, so one sec I guess, but most XFX PSUs that aren't the XT series are seasonic rebrands

I suppose you could go for a higher end motherboard with the extra cash, but not too nessisary given that you can't OC the CPU, you might want some better on board audio or something I suppose, that board is just nice because it has USB 3.1 and a Type C connector

The XFX isn't horrible, but there are much better and more reliable options. The companies I listed are very good. If you want the most frames possible, the 390 over the 380 will definitely give you a lot better frames. I also prefer ASUS or MSI, but they have good boards that have the same functions as that Gigabyte board and are around the same cost :)

Nope. Just sub the Xeon in for the i5 in the second build. I think the 1230v3/1240v3 is what most people go for.

It's just a locked chip, basically a 4790 with a slightly lower clock? By about 100mhz I think. If you look you'll see it to compare.

Other than that there aren't really any notable pros or cons.

This is the bare minimum I'd recommend for your case. Scale up and switch parts/brands as you need and/or prefer.

As for your insanity, I'd recommend seeing a doctor immediately.

The problem is that this is an nVidia product and scoring any nVidia product a "zero" is also highly predictive of the number of nVidia products the reviewer will receive for review in the future.

Just go for the 390, probably with that 620W seasonic PSU in my revised build, and skylake is going to be the newest platform, and the one to go with, mostly for USB 3.1

Mediocre is fine. They aren't outright bad or dangerous, but they do the job just fine.
