What exactly do I need to connect into this?

So I'm a bit confused regarding optic fiber. I know there is all sorts of connectors. Andif the plug is dualmode, does that mean I need 2 optic fiber wires? What exacly would I need to connect into this?

I know but I'm talking about the cable side. Do I need 2 optic cable with a LC connector on it? Or you just have one cable and you split it.
