Is this PSU good ?

"Cooler Master Silent Pro M 600W 80+ Bronze" is this psu good for this:
-Q8400

-Radeon HD 6970

-4GB DDR2
-HDD 1tb

would be there any problems with that psu or no ?

Indeed, although don't be alarmed when your 24-pin ATX motherboard connector doesn't fit- it's likely that your motherboard uses a 20-pin connector instead. No matter- 4 of those pins should be breakaways.

Should be fine.

My motherboard uses 24 pin connector
