PS Virtual Reality Ideas

The new playstation VR is quite cheap compared to competitors such as htc vive and oculus also should be much easier to access. Could it be used with pc's any time soon? And how will a PS4 run well enough for VR at  decent resolutions?

If it could be used with pc's it could be quite the competitor in the virtual reality market.

i'm sure that theres already one software dev somewhere working on getting a playstation VR to work with his pc.

 

if they can make a wiiu emulate at 90% on a pc, i doubt playstation VR will be any kind of challenge

It simply won't.
640x360 @ 15FPS is more cinematic anyways.

There is a POSSIBILITY it might work with PC in the future. 

 

As in Specs, It has a 

• 5.7-inch 1080p OLED display
• 100-degree field of view
• 120Hz refresh rate (Every game will be 60fps-120fps)

If metro can easily run at 1080 60 then there are probably a good few games that could even do 1080 120, like CSGO or something haha

But 1080 is not even close for a good VR experience.

The point is, PS4 can only output 1080p/60-120FPS on things like.. what? LittleBigPlanet?
