GTX 970 Voltage increases only in 25mV increments?

I don't know how many people this applies to, but this is something that's only EVGA GTX 970 SSC 2.0+. For some reason, I can only increase the voltage in increments of 25mV. I can't go 16mV for example. The final voltage readout under load using MSI afterburner would be 1.225V or 1.250V or 1.200V for example. I can't set the slider to +16mV and have 1.216V. Is there a reason as to why this happens? Thanks.

try manually keying in the voltage?

my slider caps at 37mV, and it seems like my gpu is ignoring it anyway, the voltage never changed even thought i slide it back and forth ._.

my 970 is in its rebellious age :(

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

my slider caps at 87, but in actual testing, because of GPU boost, it will never go above +25. The final voltage stays at 1.225V
