When and how do I replace to water in this liquid cooler??

you do not cannot replace/add water to that unit

It is a sealed unit. You could try opening it but that is in the DIY realm of hardware hacking.

if its anything like the h60 its just a couple alan screws to get access to the cpu block and you could fill it from there any old coolant or even de-ionised water should work but unless you have issues with temps/a leak you really have no need too mess with it.
