Your CPU is bottlenecking your GPU. In games such as GTA V, it relies on per core performance compared to multicore performance.

Also your RAM is not l33t.

You laugh at me when I'm nothing but right when I say your CPU bottlenecks these CPU intensive games.

What? regardless you should be able to do high settings in all games, a 960 is not that much of a slouch.

Here is my PC.

People here are too hooked on FX being bad, yeah it is not as good as the intel chips, it should however have no issues running GTA V if my Phenom II quad can run it perfect with a GPU from 2010.

1. Yeah i knew that my cpu is not compatible, but its not the problem im sure 85%.
2. Im using latest nvidia drivers, they dont change anything. I tested rollbacking them but didn't worked, did not fixed the problem.
3. :D Later.
4. Power settings in windows are on high perfomance, but i cant see Minimal and Maximum processor power. They gone. In bios i dont know where to search for them, i saw some power settings, but i cant click on em.

This is like maze, i dunno where to go :D Psu is crap, mobo is crap. And the problem is like hidden in ocean
