How to Overclock a Q6600 on a Asus P5kpl-cm MB?

I want to overclock my cpu, but I can't find anyone that has done it with the same Motherboard I have.

 

CPU: Q6600

Cooler: Arctic Freezer Pro7 Rev2 

MB: Asus P5KPL-CM

Ram: 4(2x2gb) 800mhz ram

I linked a guide that someone made to him, that should explain more in-depth than that. Also, he has to underclock RAM first before he fries it

im using a q700 and a asus pk5e-wifi and i was able to get 3.5ghz.

i recomend using this lga775/771 overclocking guide:

you can't increase tha BLK on non extreme core2s, how you overclock them  is by raising the bus speed.

So this guide is very detailed, I will try it. Does it work well with air coolers?
