Intermittent drops in connection

Raiden60

Usually when I'm playing CS:GO the connection just sort of pauses for about a second and then resumes. It doesn't sound like a problem, but when you are in a gunfight it really starts to piss me off. Because then I get killed, obviously. I'm using BT Internet, has anyone else had this problem?

What is your network card and computer specs? Sounds like an issue I have had in the past.

Use PingPlotter to visually see packet loss. And as others said, you using Ethernet or Wireless?

Also, BT are not that bad. ISP's vary depending where you are. For example BT in my area are fantastic and Virgin Media are terrible. But a few hundred meters away, it is the other way around.
