5ms is fine. Latency doesn't really matter that much.

24 inch at 1080p

I use a 19inch monitor right now and what I was planning on doing is buying that monitor use it as my main display then take the current monitor I'm using and use it as a split screen so I can view more stuff

im not sure about the build quality and product quality.

They've been around for a long time and they make good monitors.

As far as I know for customer service, the only better brand is Dell.

I game on a U2312HM, 8ms, it's perfect for FPS and everything after.

I have a couple Viewsonic displays, I'm currently using an old 19", 1440x900 and its colors are a bit off, but it's a great monitor.

If you're using a 1080p screen you should be using HDMI instead of DVI..

I honestly do not understand how HDMI is better than DVI, please go on and enthrall me as to why you believe such a thing.

Well it carries sound :P

Hdmi does suck in the physical sense. They break so easily and have no mechanism to secure themselves.

you do know that DVI is HD right?

that is simply not correct, it totally depends on the monitor used, displayport actually is the best plug, since it supports 4k @ 60 hz

I really wish everything would just start using Displayport.

I wish I started using displayport, and Mini usb, instead of micro.

Yes. Display port is the best but the problem is that most tv manufactures use hdmi and also 4k does cost more
