All of that looks good and your on a good start but you cannot use silver in your loop, you will want a biocide or premix since you have nickel parts they are borderline dis-similar metals in a loop environment which can potentially cause issues with the nickel later on down the road.

Depends on what space you have available but Alpahcool's rads are fairly good for silent based operation as they are medium low FPI rads where some versions of the HW labs are more geared to performance with the double folded fin array making it have more surface area and usually also a higher FPI.

An example is this as the Luxe can fit a 360mm in the top however I would double check the clearance you have since this is a 45mm thick rad they also have a 30mm thick version which can work if it's too thick:

Oh ok not a problem if your wanting to add more rad space it can hold another 240mm in the front quite easily.

I would recommend compression fittings, either EKWB or Bitspower, they are both good options:

Those will not work because I am not hard-lining
http://www.microcenter.com/product/460008/H320_X2_AIO_CPU_Cooler#

Per my UNIT/PUMP/BLOCK it's all soft tubing (for now) maybe hard line down the road. For now soft tubes are gonna be in place.

Those are not hardline fittings those are soft tube compression fittings, the will clamp down onto the tube exterior side of the soft tube with that compression ring.

since you don't want to use hardlines, those fittings will not fit flex tubing..

you'll need similar to this:

That photo and link to those fittings are soft tube compression fittings as I think they are mentioning since you are not using hardline.

The link was for https://www.ekwb.com/shop/fittings/compression-fittings/for-10-16mm-3-8-5-8-tubing

which is compression fittings they then went to state I would need the ones "in that photo" barbed.

So you're saying compression and barbed will work? either or? but that I should get compression?

Yes both of those the barbed and compression versions are for soft tube and will work, I recommend the compression since they make things cleaner in terms of clamps on barb fittings and in general and hold onto the tube a bit better.

That looks good, if you do decide on adding an extra rad those two extra fittings will come in handy :)

If your looking for options the Alphacool 240mm version is not bad especially if your looking for silence.

I'd have to add another pump wouldn't I? My AIO has a Swiftech MCP350 12 VDC Pump I am just not sure if that's enough for another radiator.....

I had a h240x that used the same pump, I added an extra 280mm rad, cpu block, gpu block, another 140mm rad, extra red and ran the pump at 1700. It was perfectly fine
